Nestled along Gaien Nishi-dori, “Tempura wine shino” offers a hidden retreat where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a special moment.

Our tempura, known for its light and crispy texture, is delicately coated in a thin, white batter made from eggs with white yolks, specially used for Japanese cuisine, and oil blended to perfection.

We use two tempura pots at different temperatures—low and high—depending on the ingredient, ensuring each piece is fried with precision using subtle techniques. Savor these meticulously prepared tempura dishes paired with our carefully selected wines.

Enjoy tempura made from the freshest ingredients, their flavors enhanced, directly sourced from Toyosu Market, complemented by Champagne and Burgundy wines for a truly indulgent experience.
