Kaiseki Cuisine “Tominokoji Yamagishi” opened its doors in October 2015 on Tominokoji Street in Kyoto.

At our restaurant, we honor the traditions of Kyoto cuisine while embracing the spirit of cha-kaiseki hospitality, offering dishes that allow guests to fully appreciate the changing seasons.

Using local ingredients such as Kyoto vegetables and river fish, we aim to share the culture and seasonal events unique to Kyoto through our cuisine.

In addition to the food itself, we hope to create an extraordinary experience that delights all five senses, inspired by the aesthetics and spirit of Japanese tea ceremony, flower arrangement, and calligraphy.
