This restaurant offers a serene, traditional Japanese atmosphere, preserving the charm of an old kominka-style house where you can fully appreciate the allure of fugu (pufferfish). To highlight the depth of tora-fugu (tiger pufferfish)’s flavor, we offer a diverse selection of course menus—from classics such as grilled, steamed, sashimi, and zosui, to creative dishes like our fugu roe pizza, a favorite among sake enthusiasts. Our signature “Grilled Fugu,” which showcases the pure essence of the fish, is especially beloved by many guests. In winter, limited seasonal courses featuring shirako (milt) are offered, giving guests the chance to discover something new with every visit.

Our drink selection is equally extensive, featuring sake, shochu, wine, and more—all thoughtfully chosen to complement our cuisine. The renowned hire-zake, made with expertly roasted fin, offers a deep, lingering aroma and is a must-try for connoisseurs.

Within the same building, you will also find “Takasago Nagaya Temma,” an izakaya offering over 100 varieties of Japanese sake, as well as “Nagaya Bar Onikai,” where you can enjoy natural wines—perfect for relaxing before or after your meal.

Inside, the warmth of natural wood creates a quiet and soothing atmosphere. Passing through the unmarked entrance feels like stepping into a hidden retreat for adults.
