About
We offer refined Korean cuisine inspired by the philosophy of “food as medicine,” thoughtfully tailored to each guest.
Guided by your preferences, mood, and physical condition on the day, we carefully select ingredients such as premium Japanese wagyu sourced from Kyushu and other regions across Japan, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables—all chosen with the principles of food-as-medicine in mind. Each dish is reimagined through a Japanese sensibility, creating a style of Korean cuisine unique to Tamura. Rather than relying solely on spiciness, our menu highlights depth, balance, and a wide spectrum of nuanced flavors.
Our signature ingredient is carefully selected Japanese wagyu, chosen at each moment for its harmony of lean meat and marbling. Even the same cut can offer entirely different textures and flavors depending on the preparation—an experience we invite you to savor. Among our most beloved dishes is the salt-grilled beef tail, celebrated for its concentrated umami and remarkable tenderness, easily pulled apart with chopsticks.
The interior features a chic, tranquil atmosphere in black tones, centered around an elegant eight-seat counter. The chef has extensive experience living in the United States and is able to assist guests in English.
We invite you to enjoy a refined Korean dining experience, crafted just for you.
