The proprietor, who has trained as a chef for 18 years in traditional Japanese restaurants and ryokans specializing in kaiseki and haute cuisine, offers a unique blend of cuisine that transcends the boundaries of kaiseki, Kappo, and izakaya-style, accompanied by an abundance of Japanese sake (A lot of hot sake).
