We carefully select seafood from Naruto Strait known as one of Japan's most famous fishing groundsand, meticulously source fresh vegetables from all over Japan, offering dishes prepared with techniques that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients with minimal interference. 

And we take pride in curating an array of exquisite sake to complement our dishes.

Our culinary process, whether grilling, simmering, steaming, or frying, is kept to a minimum, showcasing the true essence of the chef's artistry through simple and enticing food presentations that awaken your appetite.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
