About Series the Sky

Series the Sky is the second branch of the Chinese restaurant Series. 

The restaurant serves modern Chinese cuisine that blends traditional Cantonese techniques with spices and flavors from across Asia, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Indonesia. 

You can enjoy a theme of "Continuity" between cuisine and wine, featuring a main course of small, diverse dishes paired perfectly with wine.
