Mr. Toshihiko Furuta's hospitality lies in creating ”a once-in-a-lifetime meeting menu" that caters to individual preferences and desires. He sources seasonal natural ingredients from various regions and incorporates fresh ideas and ingenuity into the traditional Japanese cuisine, offering them in course meals.

We only take one group reservation for each lunch and dinner service, ensuring a unique and intimate dining experience.  Please enjoy our dishes that are infused with the spirit of accommodating your preferences, whether you prefer Japanese or Western style, while relaxing in a tasteful space where you can admire the garden and the detached house, and where smiles will spill over the dining table.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
