We serve yakitori made with carefully selected Yamato Nikudori, a premium local chicken from Nara, bringing out the full flavor of each ingredient with the utmost care. Its firm, muscular texture delivers a rich umami that intensifies with every bite, offering an exceptional taste experience.

Our menu features a wide variety of skewers—from classic cuts to rare, prized parts—each seasoned to best suit the specific cut. We use salt, tare sauce, Japanese sake, or rendered chicken fat to enhance the flavor. For example, the tender chicken breast (sasami) is paired with a house-made pepper blend infused with heirloom Yamato tachibana citrus, native to Nara, adding a bright, refreshing note.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Please note that the seating is limited to 2 hours and 30 minutes from the reserved time. Even if you arrive late, the end time will remain the same.

• Children:

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.
