About Matasaburo
We offer a variety of beef breeds that are raised by trusted farmers and that the owner personally approves.
We buy a whole cow and use every part of it. Bones are used to make consommé, and we respect the lives of the animals that are raised for food. You can savor every bite while appreciating their value.

Posted on : 03/30/2025So so so good! Food was prepped with so much care and the staff were fantastic. Every course was fantastic. We started with a beef tartare with caviar, and the following courses included a portion of beef katsu sando, crab, an aged beef consommé, the main steak dinner, and a curry rice followed by dessert.
