About Sushi dokoro Kurosugi

This restaurant provides sushi every day with the spirit of wanting everyone to taste their sushi.
They use fresh ingredients delivered directly from all over Japan, ranging from tuna from Yamayuki in Toyosu to fish from Oita Prefecture. Their rice, made with red vinegar, has a simple and easy-to-eat flavor.
