This restaurant provides sushi every day with the spirit of wanting everyone to taste their sushi.

They use fresh ingredients delivered directly from all over Japan, ranging from tuna from Yamayuki in Toyosu to fish from Oita Prefecture. Their rice, made with red vinegar, has a simple and easy-to-eat flavor.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  In the case that you cannot consume raw food, we may need to cancel your reservation. If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  For guests with dietary restrictions, please note that a modification fee of ¥220–¥660 per piece will apply, with any additional charges payable at the restaurant. If you agree to these terms, kindly indicate this in the notes section.

  For guests with an alcohol allergy, please let us know in the remarks section if even small amounts of alcohol in dishes, miso, or soy sauce might be an issue.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 8 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.
