Preserved for generations in the secluded valleys of Mt. Myoko, where it remained untouched by other varieties, it has been maintained in its original form.

The fields where it grows are nourished by fallen leaves and blessed with well-drained, fertile soil.

This unique environment yields a robust flavor, natural sweetness, and a distinctive chewy texture found nowhere else.
