Nestled in a quiet residential area slightly away from Kanazawa Station, Izakaya 87 (Hachinana) is a discreetly charming dining establishment.
We procure the freshest seafood directly from Noto fishermen before it reaches the market, allowing us to offer seasonal delicacies unique to a seafood wholesaler.
Rather than focusing on extravagant techniques, we strive to maximize the natural flavors of Hokuriku’s ingredients. Our menu includes à la carte options as well as seasonal omakase courses, catering to various dining occasions.
