  【We are unable to accept reservations in the following cases】

  ・Guests requiring a strict gluten-free diet (including Miso and Shoyu). Please note that cross-contamination may occur during the cooking process.

  ・The ability to accommodate vegetarians and vegans depends on the specific requirements. We cannot accommodate guests who fall into the following categories:

  (1) Guests who cannot consume Katsuo or Konbu Dashi (fish and seaweed stock).

  (2) Guests requiring the complete removal of animal products (including stocks and seasonings).

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  If you are more than one hour late from your reservation time, your booking will be considered a cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above are welcome. We don't have a children's menu.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
