The restaurant primarily uses ingredients sourced from within Ehime Prefecture, obtaining produce directly from local farmers and fishermen while also working closely with fishmongers and greengrocers to maintain strong ties with the community. Its cuisine showcases the bounty of the sea, mountains, and rivers, with a focus on seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. Seasonal offerings include wild sea bream and mountain vegetables in spring; sweetfish caught by the former owner using traditional tomozuri (a live‑decoy fishing method) in summer; river crab, returning bonito, and matsutake mushrooms in autumn; and wild game such as boar and pufferfish in winter.

The drink selection features renowned sake from Ehime as well as notable labels from across Japan. Guests can also enjoy original craft beers specially brewed by the nearby brewery “DD4D” to pair with the restaurant’s seafood dishes. The wine list includes natural wines from around the world, along with selections from California’s KENZO ESTATE.

Inside, the restaurant offers an L‑shaped counter, private rooms with sunken kotatsu seating, and private dining rooms with tables, all within a warm, wood‑accented interior. Whether dining with family or friends or hosting a business meal, guests can savor the seasonal flavors of Ehime in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  Counter seating begins promptly at 6:00 PM. The meal will begin once all guests are seated. Kindly ensure that all members of your party arrive on time for your reservation.

  If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
