The restaurant showcases the food culture of Southern Shinshu (Nagano), featuring locally sourced gibier and warm hospitality unique to the region.

Owner Takayuki Hagiwara approaches the culinary traditions of Southern Shinshu with sincerity, expressing their charm in every dish. In 2021, he received the Bronze Award in the 12th “Cooking Masters,” a chef recognition program by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

While honoring the refined techniques and spirit of Japanese cuisine passed down since the restaurant’s founding, Yukimoto offers dishes that reflect the changing seasons of Southern Shinshu, accompanied by heartfelt hospitality.

The interior is a sophisticated space where wabi-sabi aesthetics harmonize with modern design. Within the minimalist setting, the quiet beauty of the garden and surrounding nature breathes gently.   All meals start simultaneously at the reserved time. If you arrive late or need to leave early, we may be unable to serve part of the course.

  If you do not arrive by your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
