About SANFERMO PIZZA ET BBQ
Like a lantern, it lights up the woods of Hakuba Misorano.
The pizzas, prepared by the meat wholesaler Yazawa Meat and a talented Italian chef, are made with homemade ham, bacon, and a variety of seasonal ingredients, letting you taste the ingredients’ charm directly.
You can enjoy dishes made with plenty of locally sourced ingredients from Nagano Prefecture.
A BBQ pit is also available outdoors for your seasonal enjoyment.
