Sushi Kokoro, located just a short walk from Yugawara Station, offers sushi crafted to draw out not only flavor but also aroma through precise adjustments to aging, temperature, and knife work for each ingredient.

The course features a balance of small dishes and nigiri, allowing guests to appreciate the full character of seasonal seafood through a varied, well‑paced progression. A well‑curated selection of sake is also available, thoughtfully chosen to complement the sushi.
