About Nagisa's Hamburger

Located on Yuigahama Street in Kamakura, Nagisa's Hamburger is a gourmet burger shop founded by Chef Toshikazu Murano, owner of the acclaimed wood-fired restaurant Kinon, which is featured in the prestigious gastronomic guide Gault & Millau. Chef Murano has honed his skills at top restaurants in Japan and the U.S., including the renowned wood-fire-focused Saison in San Francisco.

At Nagisa's Hamburger, each patty is grilled over a dedicated wood fire, achieving a perfect balance between a smoky aroma and a rare doneness that elevates the natural flavors of the meat. Every element—from custom-crafted buns to house-made sauces—reflects an unwavering dedication to quality, using fresh, local Kamakura ingredients.
