About Rikihanten
We are a beef barbecue restaurant, founded in 1962. We specialize in lean wagyu beef, which is rare even in Japan. We serve healthy, tasty lean wagyu beef, which is not over-marbled. RIKIHANTEN is featured in the Michelin Guide 2019 Fukuoka-Saga-Nagasaki as the Michelin Plate.
We believe that the most important factor is "who raised the cattle, where, and how." That’s why we travel across Japan to visit trusted producers, carefully selecting only the lean beef that meets our highest standards. Eschewing marbling, we are dedicated to serving wholesome, nutrient-rich lean beef that boasts a profound, complex flavor—an unwavering commitment that defines our philosophy.
Our interior is a refined space, adorned with vintage Joseon Dynasty elements. In this serene, sophisticated setting, you can fully appreciate the newfound elegance of lean beef.

The course includes not only beef, but also beef tongue, offal, chicken, and duck. If you have any ingredients you dislike or cannot eat, please let us know in the special requests section.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
