Our signature dish is the "Nishimura Noodle." Through the omakase course, which centers around this special noodle, you can fully experience Chef Nishimura's passion and dedication to his craft. This restaurant, born from the childhood excitement of a food court, embraces the theme of "that place, that dish, Nishimura's new home.

The flagship menu item, "Pork Creamy," is a bowl featuring a base of Japanese dashi broth and bouillon combined with several types of cheese, finished with green onion oil, two kinds of char siu pork, and Kujo green onions.
