Michelin Guide Tokyo 2026 Announced
On September 25, 2025, the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2026 announcement event took place in Tokyo, with 18 restaurants receiving new stars. In addition, special awards were presented in three categories: the Mentor Chef Award, the Service Award, and the Sommelier Award.
