About Ponta Honke
Among the dishes at "Ponta Honke," the most popular menu item is the cutlet.
We have been providing a taste that remains unchanged since our establishment in 1905, with the combination of "ingredients" and "technique" being the key to its flavor.
We carefully select the finest quality loin with a discerning eye, perform expert cleaning, and use only the core's lean red meat for our cutlets.
In our tempura offerings at "Ponta Honke," we provide classics like conger eel and sand borer as fried options, offering a distinct taste from traditional tempura.
Additionally, standing alongside our cutlet as a representative dish is our tongue stew.
We use carefully selected Japanese Black Wagyu for the tongue. The essential sauce takes about three weeks to make, as a result of the necessary steps that are piled up over time.
