The owner and chef, Mr. Marco Garcia, who has paved his own way through self-taught, developed his passion for cooking during his study abroad in Japan.
Over the course of several years, he passionately learned both Mexican and Japanese cuisines. He creates completely unique tacos by combining the traditions of Mexico with the ingredients of Japan.
For seafood, Chef Garcia selects the best available ingredients of the day, week, or season and skillfully prepares them into tacos using appropriate cooking methods tailored to each ingredient.
The course consists of a variety of styles including raw, grilled, steamed, and fried, reminiscent of a kaiseki-style arrangement.
To complement each dish, a selection of carefully chosen Japanese sake, wines, as well as tequila and mezcal are available.

Tacos Omakase Course
We handcraft our own tortillas from traditional varieties of corn, freshly ground every morning, and bake them one by one just before serving, transforming them into tacos.
We use various cooking methods and different salsas to make each taco perfect. We balance tradition and innovation, giving our tacos new flavors and textures that you have never experienced before.

Posted on : 01/13/2024Having lived in North America and eaten tacos all my life, I can confidently say these are top level tacos. You won’t get the street flavor meat cuts, but you will get incredible tacos, ingenuity, and genuinely good service. One of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Highly recommend to foreigners too. Excited to see this restaurant in the Michelin guide soon.
