About New Babe
“New Babe”is a restaurant that serves tonkatsu, a type of deep-fried pork cutlet, made with carefully selected premium pork that is slow-cooked at low temperatures to bring out the full flavor.
They believe that the deliciousness of tonkatsu depends on both the quality of the pork and the cooking method, so they choose premium pork from various regions of Japan and specialize in low-temperature cooking.
Low-temperature cooking allows you to enjoy juicy and tender tonkatsu by gently heating the pork without losing its juices.
The tonkatsu cooked this way is crispy on the outside, juicy, and tender on the inside, and the meat flavor is intensified.
