About Tempura Hasegawa
Tempura Hasegawa is always experimenting with new ingredients, cooking with sincerity, and pursuing the best flavors.
One of the distinctive features of Hasegawa’s tempura is that they do not use eggs in the batter, which allows you to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients.
The batter is a special blend of wheat flour and original flour, which creates a thin and light coating that some women and elderly guests have said, “I can eat as much as I want.”
The oil is a blend of four types, including sesame oil, and the ratio is adjusted according to the seasons. The oil is light in summer and rich in winter.
Tempura Hasegawa offers seasonal vegetables and seafood tempura, as well as exquisite desserts, and a wide selection of carefully selected sake.
Please enjoy the tempura made by Mr. Hasegawa, who trained at the famous tempura restaurant Kyoboshi.

Posted on : 03/05/2024I had the pleasure of encountering a fantastic tempura restaurant with a very friendly head chef. The tempura was light and crispy, not greasy at all, and I felt like I could eat endless amounts of it. The chef even showed us the ingredients before cooking and paid great attention to details beyond just taste.
