The owner is a skilled tempura artisan who trained at the prestigious Tempura Yamanoue Roppongi.

We offer meticulously prepared tempura using carefully selected, fresh seasonal ingredients, specialized oil, and optimal temperatures to create a crispy, flavorful tempura that is both delicious and easy to digest, avoiding stomach discomfort and chest burn.

Our name, Kiwa, means “joy” in Japanese and embodies our desire to “surround everyone with joy and provide enjoyment,” whether for connoisseurs of tempura or first-time patrons.
