About
Located just a 5-minute walk from Marunouchi Station and 6 minutes from Kokusai Center Station, Sasakoto to Mamagoto Kiseto is a refined dining destination where guests can enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine paired with thoughtfully curated sake.
Each dish crafted by the chef highlights the finest ingredients of the season and is presented with carefully chosen tableware. Even the small dishes capture the essence of Japan’s changing seasons with clarity and elegance. The restaurant is especially known for its exceptional sake collection, proudly offering the complete lineup of the highly sought-after Kachikoma.
The proprietress, who holds both the J.S.A. Sake Diploma and J.S.A. Sommelier certifications, brings a sophisticated sensibility to each pairing, selecting sake—and a single, meticulously chosen bottle of wine—that harmonizes beautifully with the cuisine.
Inside, the striking white-wood counter and serene Japanese aesthetic create an elegant, relaxing atmosphere. Whether for couples, business dinners, anniversaries, or other special occasions, this is a place where guests can fully appreciate the richness of Japanese food culture and the artistry of sake.
