About Hakata Kushiyaki Hachinosuke
Hakata-style yakitori embraces a unique culture in which anything skewered—chicken, beef, pork, fish, and more—is enjoyed as “yakitori,” without being limited to the typical definition of grilled chicken. At our restaurant, we focus on this Hakata tradition, adopting its distinctive method of skewering ingredients and grilling them to perfection.
We offer a wide variety of skewers, from locally raised premium chicken and classic pork belly to seasonal specialties. Each skewer is prepared with meticulous attention and hand‑skewered one by one, then slowly grilled over the finest binchotan charcoal. We encourage you to enjoy them hot off the grill—bite straight into the skewer for the full experience. The four‑meter single‑pane glass display case, lined with an impressive array of skewers, showcases the craftsmanship behind every piece and ensures you enjoy them at their very best.
To accommodate guests who may have avoided yakitori due to concerns about smoke, lingering odors on clothing, or a desire for more vegetable options, we have installed a ventilation system designed to minimize smoke dispersion. Table seating is available for up to 10 guests, and group reservations are welcome.
We also offer an extensive selection of vegetable skewers, making the experience enjoyable for guests seeking lighter or more varied options.
