A Japanese landscape unfolding from Yakitori.
Starting with the use of Binchotan and wood fires, Torimitsu expresses the diverse landscapes of Japan in a single night through an Omakase course centered around Yakitori.
The restaurant weaves a wide variety of culinary cultures from across Japan—including rare domestic lamb, Unagi, Suppon, Japanese herbs, and rice cooked in Nanbu Tekki into a seamless flow of Yakitori.
The owner, Takuhei Yamada, learned the fundamentals of Yakitori at Torishiki, and building on that experience, pursues a style of Japanese cuisine unique to Torimitsu.

Built on cooking techniques that use the focused heat of binchotan charcoal and wood fire, the course incorporates Japanese herbs and seasonal ingredients to create flavors and experiences that can only be enjoyed on that particular day.

A chef's tasting course centered around Yakitori, taking you on a journey through the landscapes of Japan.
