Executive Chef Yohei Hanada, winner of more than 25 culinary awards in Japan and abroad, creates dishes that transcend the boundaries of Chinese cuisine, promising guests a truly original gastronomic journey.
Through personal visits and close engagement with producers, Hanada earned exclusive access to the rare Kawachi duck—a breed prized for its exceptional quality and limited availability. It is the only duck in Japan certified safe for raw consumption, meeting four rigorous standards: strict hygiene management, advanced processing facilities, full traceability from farm to table, and uncompromising freshness control throughout shipment and delivery. With its crisp skin and deeply flavorful meat, Hanada’s signature duck dish is a must-try.
Another highlight is the legendary “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall” (Fotiaoqiang), considered the pinnacle of Chinese cuisine. Its name comes from a tale in which even monks who abstained from meat and fish were so drawn by its aroma that they leapt over temple walls to taste it. This lavish dish is the very embodiment of indulgence.
The restaurant offers a variety of spaces to suit every occasion—from the lively counter seating overlooking an open kitchen, to the vibrant main dining room, and serene private rooms for a more intimate experience.
