Using fresh fruits and vegetables ordered directly from growers all over Japan, each dish is prepared in front of your eyes to bring out the best of each ingredient.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  *Those who have fruit allergies are not accepted.

  *Alcohol may be used for compote and flavoring. If you are allergic to alcohol, please inform us at least one week in advance.

  *If you are allergic to caffeine, dairy products, rosaceae, wheat, eggs, or any other allergens, please let us know at least one week in advance. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.

  *Gelatin used in our dishes is derived from pork. If you do not consume it, we will not be able to accept your course reservation.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
