“Sushi Kanesho” is a sushi restaurant nestled in the tranquil backstreets of Asakusa Kannon.
Chef Watanabe Akira offers sushi that harmoniously blends tradition and innovation, a legacy passed down from his master.
The sushi rice is firm, crafted with a blend of three types of vinegar, and paired with the freshest seasonal seafood. A carefully curated selection of seasonal sake and local brews complements the sushi, offering a delightful pairing.
