Served with our original noodles, this dish features premium chicken chashu, house-made marinated egg, and hand-selected seaweed. Layered within are over ten carefully chosen ingredients—including aromatic shrimp oil, powdered seafood, and aromatic and powdered onion—adding subtle depth and complexity to every bite.
