Passing through the noren curtain at the entrance reveals a serene and elegant dining room. At the open counter—crafted from 400-year-old cypress—guests can witness the artistry of Chef Eiji Iizuka up close while savoring the beauty of Japanese cuisine.

The beverage selection features approximately 15 kinds of sake, along with Champagne and curated wines from France, Italy, and Japan. Wine pairings are a popular highlight.

In spring, pen shell clam with abundant spring wild vegetables and charcoal-grilled wild sweetfish evoke the freshness of the season. • Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual or formal (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

  For private room use at dinner, a fee of 15,000 JPY (tax and service charge included) applies for 2 guests, while lunch and dinner use for 3 or more guests is free; if you wish to use a private room, please indicate this in the special requests section and pay the fee on-site on the day of your visit.
