The menu consists of only one “omakase course” consisting of nigiri sushi and creative snacks, and fresh fish directly from the best fishermen in Japan is carefully prepared to bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. You can also choose beef, so please select either the beef or seafood course.

The restaurant has an “ice house” to keep the ingredients cold, and you can also enjoy watching the chef cut and shape the toppings from inside the ice house.

• Arrival time:

  Please be on time. After reserved time we will not allow you to enter our restaurant. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
