Kifuku （喜ふく）

Kifuku offers heartfelt hospitality and a blissful dining experience that will leave you wanting to come again. We source the freshest seafood directly from Kyushu's various regions, Ishikawa, and Hokkaido, preparing each ingredient with precision using aging techniques and refined methods.

The rice is a blend of three types of vinegar, including a 3-year-aged red vinegar, creating a fragrant and rich balance of umami and acidity. By incorporating air and applying just the right amount of pressure with the artisan's hands, the sushi is shaped to achieve a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Our course menu alternates between sushi and tsumami (side dishes), with its offerings updated monthly. The sequence is thoughtfully designed to keep the experience engaging, such as offering light, acidic dishes after richer, fattier ingredients.

For sake enthusiasts, the first glass is presented in an elegant Edo Kiriko glass. Subsequent pours are served in carefully chosen vessels, including tin, ceramics, and glassware sourced from across Japan, enhancing the experience.

At Kifuku, we are devoted to crafting seasonal Japanese cuisine that showcases the finest ingredients from Kyushu and delivering meticulously prepared sushi that brings out the ultimate umami flavors. The interior exudes warmth, with natural cedar wood creating a serene ambiance. Featuring just eight seats at an L-shaped counter, the space is refined and reminiscent of a traditional tea room. Relax and indulge in an extraordinary dining experience.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please let us know in advance. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept reservations if you are unable to eat a wide range of ingredients. Additionally, please be aware that your reservation may be canceled, even after confirmation, if you have allergies that the restaurant cannot accommodate, such as an inability to consume raw fish.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure your meal begins promptly. If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your booking. Therefore, please notify us in advance if you expect to be delayed.

• Dress Code:

  Please refrain from wearing overly eccentric clothing.

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  *Cancellations on the day of the reservation are subject to a 100% cancellation fee,
