Sushi Shiro’s Edomae Sushi is created by carefully preparing and creating the freshest seafood from the Toyosu Market, where the world’s freshest fish is gathered.

We use carefully selected seafood and special vinegared rice to make each piece of sushi with the utmost care.

We also offer a wide selection of Japanese sake from various regions so that you can enjoy your sushi even more.

Shiro Koguchi studied the basic techniques of Edomae Sushi at famous Sushi restaurants in Fukuoka, Kyoto, and Tokyo.

Since 2013, he has worked in other countries such as Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, and Shenzhen in China. He learned English and Chinese there.

With his international background, he opened "Sushi Shiro" in his hometown, Fukuoka, to further promote the appeal of Edomae Sushi.
