About SAKEBARO AOYAMA
Sakebaro has multiple locations, so please make sure to check the correct location before your visit.
A private, members-only sake bar offering both Japanese sake and natural wine opened its second location in April 2022 in Aoyama.
The space features a sleek, minimalist design with tin cube counters and a self-playing tin piano. LED lighting adorns the walls, creating an ever-changing atmosphere ranging from deep ocean blue to monochrome gray and seductive red.
Compared to the sakebaro Nakameguro, this venue offers a slightly brighter and more casual ambiance, making it suitable for standing parties, tasting events, art exhibitions, and more. Regular events such as private parties and DJ performances are also held.
The bar attracts an exclusive clientele, including affluent food enthusiasts, artists, and celebrities from Japan, Europe, North America, and other parts of the world.
Designed to evoke the sophistication of an art museum, the space combines dim lighting and carefully curated background music to provide a multi-sensory experience. It aims to share the culture of Japanese sake while offering a fresh and captivating perspective.
