"Tachiguizushi Hiroya" offers the exquisite taste of "Sushi Hiroya," recognized as one of Tabelog’s Top 100 Sushi Restaurants, in a casual standing sushi bar style.

We select the finest seasonal fish every morning from the market and serve meticulously crafted sushi tailored to your preference, with a focus on everything: rice, vinegar, and toppings. Additionally, we offer Shirohonoka, a unique beer available only at select establishments, and 30 varieties of sake curated by our sake sommelier, ensuring a perfect pairing with your meal.

Our cozy 9-seat bar can also be reserved for private events, making it suitable for various occasions. Experience the high quality of authentic sushi in a casual setting at "Tachiguizushi Hiroya."

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Our counter is 110cm high, so guests over that height are welcome to use it. However, please note that we do not have a step stool available, so you may need to bring your own.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances. There are some dates where we can accept reservations after 11pm on the day, so if you would like to make a reservation after 11am on the day, please send us a DM on Instagram.
