"Tachiguizushi Hiroya" offers the exquisite taste of "Sushi Hiroya," recognized as one of Tabelog’s Top 100 Sushi Restaurants, in a casual standing sushi bar style.
We select the finest seasonal fish every morning from the market and serve meticulously crafted sushi tailored to your preference, with a focus on everything: rice, vinegar, and toppings. Additionally, we offer Shirohonoka, a unique beer available only at select establishments, and 30 varieties of sake curated by our sake sommelier, ensuring a perfect pairing with your meal.
Our cozy 9-seat bar can also be reserved for private events, making it suitable for various occasions. Experience the high quality of authentic sushi in a casual setting at "Tachiguizushi Hiroya."

Posted on : 03/25/2025Fantastic standing sushi meal. The simmered scallops with Arima pepper, sweet shrimp konbujime, and kasumi crab with sea urchin were supreme. Easy to order using the QR code and smart phone menu (with a little help from Google Translate for this foreigner). Excellent service and fantastic value, I would be thrilled to eat here again.
