Located amidst a row of high-end dining establishments in Kitashinchi, "Yakitori Ichimatsu" is renowned for its "chicken kaiseki" featuring Hinai-jidori chicken.

The proprietor, Hideto Takeda, honed his skills at a yakitori restaurant in Saga Prefecture before opening "Sumibi Yakitori Kachigarasu" in 1995. In 2007, he established "Yakitori Ichimatsu" in Dojima, later relocating to Kitashinchi.

At "Yakitori Ichimatsu," only omakase courses are offered. Carefully selected Hinai-jidori chicken is grilled over charcoal with meticulous attention to detail. The skewers, as well as seasonal vegetables and side dishes, are exquisite and captivate all who visit.

The interior exudes sophistication with its predominantly black color scheme. There's an L-shaped counter with eight seats and a semi-private room for four.
