At Sushi Ikkon, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, not only with fresh fish but also with rice, seaweed, wasabi, and tea, using carefully selected ingredients from various regions.
For each type of nigirizushi, we tailor the vinegar blend to enhance the natural flavors of the toppings, ensuring that the rice (shari) brings out the distinct sweetness and umami of each ingredient.
