About Sushi Haru
Nestled quietly in the vibrant district of Akasaka in Tokyo, ‘Sushi Haru’ is a sushi restaurant masterfully crafted by a chef with 20 years of experience.
We visit the market every day to inspect and source the freshest seafood, carefully selecting and procuring the finest seasonal ingredients.
Our sushi features shari rice, cooked to perfection in a “Hagama”(a broad-brimmed cooking pot), enhancing the exquisite flavor of the rice. You can savor the sushi skillfully prepared by our experienced chefs right in front of you at the counter.
We also offer a carefully selected range of Japanese sake that pairs perfectly with sushi.
For those who wish to enjoy sushi and sake in a cozy, hidden gem-like ambiance, ‘Sushi Haru’ is a perfect recommendation.

Reviews of Sushi Haru

Posted on : 05/15/2024Had a really great meal here. It's a small restaurant, only 8 seats. We didn't speak much Japanese and the staff and chef were so kind to us. Didn't really have any trouble communicating. Would absolutely go again
Will note that the omakase experience also extends to drinks as well. We ordered sake and beer, which they picked out for us. We thought that was better because they know what pairs well better than we ever will.
