About Hikarimono
Located a 7-minute walk from Roppongi Station, we offer a sophisticated ambiance tailored for adults, where you can enjoy delicately crafted tsumami(side dishes) and sushi made from carefully selected, seasonal ingredients.
We ensure that each piece of sushi is meticulously prepared to be served to our customers in its best condition of the day.
We offer two types of courses: one centered around nigiri sushi and another that allows you to enjoy both tsumami and nigiri sushi.
We also have a wide selection of Japanese sake available, so please feel free to indulge according to your preference.

Posted on : 09/01/2024Satokan-san, owner of Hikarimono, is all heart & hospitality. He patiently walked us through our omakase, smiling & translating every step of the way. A stark contrast from other “fussy” omakase we’ve had in Tokyo where the owner’s rules reign supreme. A must if you are going to be anywhere near Tokyo & appreciate exceptional service, fresh fish 🐟🎣🐠🎏, & a variety of sake.
