It took two years for yakiniku T to offer Wagyu T-bone steaks, thanks to the collaboration between skilled producers and butchers. Typically, Wagyu beef does not require the labor-intensive process of producing T-bone cuts due to the high demand from buyers. However, motivated by a passion to share this exceptional cut with discerning diners, we established a strong partnership with a ranch dedicated to this endeavor. This exclusive T-bone steak is the pride of our restaurant—a truly extraordinary culinary experience found nowhere else.
Our flagship restaurant, Nakameguro T, participated in the prestigious steak world event "The Rare Tour," earning high acclaim from gourmet meat lovers worldwide. This historic tour is reserved for only the world’s top 101 chefs, recognized for their mastery. At yakiniku T, we serve a generous portion of Omi beef, approximately 400 grams per person. For guests concerned about finishing such a substantial serving, we offer a thoughtful service: any uneaten portions can be packed in a special bento box to take home. This course is made with porterhouse, the highest grade of meat, which includes chateaubriand even in T-bone steaks. Porterhouse is an extremely rare, most delicious and luxurious cut of beef, being obtained from only 3% of the cow.
