About COPPIE
The cuisine, which is created by the Italian chef, is a diverse range of seasonal dishes woven together with innovative Western, Japanese, and ethnic influences, incorporating various spices, fermented foods, and cooking techniques from different countries and cultures.
Located in an over 120-year-old traditional Japanese house, renovated to preserve its charm, COPPIE provides an enjoyable dining experience in a space where the kitchen is visible from all seats.
