Under the concept of savoring Sichuan cuisine is to taste the history of Sichuan itself, Chef Okubo achieves the authentic flavors by generously using chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns in "宮保鶏丁"(stir-fried chicken with the spiciness), and "回鍋肉" (Twice-Cooked Pork) with the skin on.

The menu mainly features home-cooked dishes that have evolved from everyday cuisine, such as "麻婆豆腐" (Mapo Tofu) and "担々麺" (Tantanmen).

He tries to create an approachable dining to spread the charm of Sichuan cuisine.

  As the chef is operating the restaurant single-handedly, we kindly ask for your understanding that there may be some waiting time for the meal service. If you are in a hurry, we apologize but we are unable to accommodate your request for immediate dining.
