With an array of local vegetables, meats, and fresh seafood nurtured by Hokkaido's rich natural environment, our seasonal pizzas are baked in a 500°C wood-fired oven to lock in flavor and aroma. The chef’s specialty, Pizza T, is our proud signature dish—a delectable pizza topped with savory lamb ragù. • Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you exceed your reservation time more than 15 minutes, it will be automatically canceled.

  Please note that all guests will start the course at the same time. If you arrive late or leave during the meal, some dishes may not be served. We kindly ask that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only guests aged 12 and above who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

  Children under 12 can only use a private room. The private room fee is 3,000 JPY, payable on-site.

  When visiting with children under 12, please select the course for guests aged 12 and above and enter the following two items in the “Special Requests” field:
