About L'AUBERGE DE L’ILL SAPPORO

With a history spanning over a century, “l’Auberge de l’Ill,” a renowned restaurant in Alsace, France, has captivated gourmands worldwide for over half a century since being awarded three Michelin stars in 1967.

The traditional flavors created by Paul Haeberlin have been passed down to the current Chef de Cuisine, Marc Haeberlin, and continue to evolve and grow.

Opened in 2014, “l’Auberge de l’Ill Sapporo” faithfully preserves the traditions of the original restaurant while offering the highest level of French cuisine, fusing the culinary cultures of Alsace and Hokkaido.

Nestled in a peaceful location adjacent to Maruyama Park, which surrounds Hokkaido Shrine, this standalone house features a nostalgic atmosphere with exposed wooden beams and whitewashed walls. Experience a moment of pure happiness with their warm hospitality.
