Chef Daisuke Minami, who honed his sophisticated skills at "Restaurant Hiramatsu Hiroo," has served as the head chef at various Hiramatsu restaurants across Japan, carrying forward the unique refined sensibility of Hiramatsu.

Each dish, crafted from carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido and around the world, stimulates the senses with its gentle, delicate, and natural flavors.

The interior offers a lavish ambiance, with all main dining seats by the windows, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the red brick government building and ginkgo trees, both designated important cultural assets.
